Anytime choose to terminate a long-standing customer of multiple services after suffering loss and abuse, then lie about it knowing it was well documented rather than handle the merchant’s indiscretions and violations which are highly unethical and concerning as a consumer. The language barrier has compounded these issues. Mail is still "missing," financial and sensitive information remains unaccounted for, and mail is being withheld without explanation. Months of enduring this nightmare, only to be disregarded and blamed, despite well-documented evidence of what we have been forced to endure and the harm. The agencies that sent items to this mailing center have reported them stolen. Other customers would have involved authorities after these experiences and additional reviews suggest a pattern of behavior. Shockingly, instead of addressing these concerns, I received three contradictory emails within 12 hours, stating that my services were terminated, then retracting that claim, and finally insisting termination was due to my wrongdoing. I have thoroughly documented every interaction, repeatedly expressing concern about the company's behavior and regulatory violations. It is perplexing that a business would avoid communication and refuse to investigate such violations unless complicit or concealing unlawful activities. These issues eventually escalated into serious matters, including false advertising, Consumer Protection violations, fraudulent charges, deceptive trade practices, and mail obstruction and tampering. Communication ceased, and essential documents were consistently "missing." Despite my attempts to inquire, responses became vague and elusive, offering no resolution or clarification.
I patiently awaited resolution for overcharges, unfulfilled services, and ongoing mail mishandling, but these problems escalated. Anytime acknowledged that the Mail Operator's actions violated terms and regulations. However, as these issues led to significant financial losses, I contacted Anytime for assistance. I initially tolerated delayed services, overcharging, unfulfilled services, and missing mail for months.
